Bill Gosling Outsourcing T&T Opens Brand New Facility

26th June, 2026: Bill Gosling Outsourcing (BGO) has made Trinidad and Tobago its long-term home, relocating to a new state-of-the-art office facility at Legacy Centre, Trincity, marking a significant expansion in Trinidad and Tobago’s business process outsourcing sector.

BGO commenced operations in Port of Spain in 2022 after an initial site visit facilitated by Global Trinidad and Tobago (via InvesTT) in 2021. Over the following three years, BGO built its local presence before making the strategic move to its own facility in East Trinidad, bringing 200 Trinidadian jobs to the new location with plans to grow that number as the company continues to expand its presence in the region.

BGO held its Grand Opening ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new venue on 24th June, 2026. The fun-filled event was well attended by BGO’s executives, management, staff, and invited stakeholders.

At the ceremony, Natasha Singh, BGO’s Senior Vice President of Operations, said, “From my very first trip here, I knew Trinidad was special. Not just for the infrastructure, not just for the geography — but for the people. The warmth, the drive, the creativity, the pride Trinidadians carry in everything they do. That energy is contagious, and it is exactly what Bill Gosling Outsourcing is built on.”

Ms. Singh went on to indicate that BGO is here to invest – “to create careers, to develop talent, to be a company that Trinidad is proud to have. That is the standard we will hold ourselves to.”

CEO of Global Trinidad and Tobago, Sekou Alleyne, congratulated BGO on its new location and highlighted the reasons why global companies continue to choose Trinidad and Tobago for outsourcing. He listed these as a highly educated and cost-effective workforce, strong English-language proficiency, cultural alignment with North American markets, reliable telecommunications infrastructure, and a strategic location that enables seamless service delivery across multiple time zones.

He noted, “The opening of this facility demonstrates what can be achieved when private-sector ambition, public-sector support, and local talent come together around a shared vision for growth. Bill Gosling’s presence in Trinidad and Tobago reinforces our position as a competitive location for business services and creates momentum that can encourage additional investment into the sector and the wider economy.”

Port of Spain was ranked #5 out of 10 best BPO destinations in LATAM & the Caribbean on the Nearshore Value Index in 2024.
